Creamed Moringa Leaves

Creamed Moringa leaves recipe - Moringa facts

  • 1 lb Moringa leaves
  • 1 lb Spinach
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 4 cup Milk
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 5 tsp all purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and spices

Clean and wash Moringa leaves and spinach. Place them in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain leaves and cut them into small pieces. Heat butter in a large pot and add crushed garlic cloves. Fry for one minute and add 5 teaspoons of all purpose flour. Stir well and add Moringa leaves with spinach. Fry for one minute and add milk. Stir and cook until it starts to boil. Add scrambled eggs and spices. Cook for one more minute. Creamed Moringa leaves can be served with sour cream or yogurt.
