Moringa leaves gulay recipe - Moringa facts

Moringa leaves gulay ingredients:
  • 1 cup of coconut milk diluted with 1 cup water
  • 1 cup of tofu
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 4 crushed chili peppers

Preparation:

Boil diluted coconut milk with tofu, garlic and onion for 10 minutes. Season with salt, stirring the mixture continuously. Add moringa leaves and crushed chili peppers. Cook for 5 more minutes. Gulay is served hot. Before serving you can decorate it with fresh Moringa leaves.
