Moringa leaves gulay ingredients:
- 6 cup of Moringa leaves
- 1 cup of coconut milk diluted with 1 cup water
- 1 cup of tofu
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 4 crushed chili peppers
Preparation:
Boil diluted coconut milk with tofu, garlic and onion for 10 minutes. Season with salt, stirring the mixture continuously. Add moringa leaves and crushed chili peppers. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Gulay is served hot. Before serving you can decorate it with fresh Moringa leaves.
