Moringa Mango Shake Recipe

Moringa Mango Shake is a healthy and tasty way to begin your day or a great snack in the middle of the day. You can even use it as a desert substitute without feeling that you made a “big sacrifice”.

To prepare this shake you need:

  • ½ ripe mango, or frozen chunks approximately 1 cup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of Moringa leaf powder
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 6 – 7 ice cubes

To prepare Moringa Mango shake put all of the above ingredients into the blender and blend for approximately one minute (depending on the power of your blender).

If your mango is not very sweet (it sometime happens when you use frozen chunks), you can add one teaspoon of honey to improve the taste of the shake.

Pour Moringa Mango shake into a tall glass, add the straw and it is ready to be served. If you want to impress somebody, you can add swirl of a whip cream on the top and decorate with raspberry, mint leaf or something else that you have handy.
