Moringa Pesto Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Moringa leaves
  • 1/2 cup Basil leaves
  • Handful of fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup of extra virgin oil

Put all ingredients, except olive oil, into a food processor. Chop until everything is well chopped and blended. Slowly add olive oil until and blended it for a few more seconds. Add desired seasoning. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
