Moringa Soufflé recipe - Moringa facts

  • 16 oz (450 g)  Moringa leaves
  • 1 cup of Sour Cream
  • 1 Package of Dried Onion Soup Mix

Wash the Moringa leaves and squeeze out excess water. Remove any excess stems. Mix with a cup of sour cream and the soup mix. Add more sour cream if you like a creamier consistency.

Lightly oil a casserole dish and put mixture in it. Preheat oven to 350 F and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

Serve warm as a side dish or like appetizer.
