Moringa Soup Recipe

Moringa Soup Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbs of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 4 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 Papaya
  • 3 fresh springs of Moringa leaves
  • Bunch of Indian spinach
  • 1 tbs of chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 tbs Fish sauce or soy sauce with 1 tbs of lemon juice

Heat up olive oil and add garlic. Fry for a few seconds and add sliced onion. Mix and fry for a while. Then add tomato and chicken breasts and salt. Simmer down for two minutes. Add two cups of chicken broth, cover and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut Shiitake mushrooms into slices and put them in the boiling soup. Peel and slice papaya and add it after mushrooms. Let it boil for a few minutes and add ginger and fish sauce.In the end add spinach and Moringa leaves. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
