Moringa leaves gulay ingredients: 6 cup of Moringa leaves 1 cup of coconut milk diluted with 1 cup water 1 cup of tofu 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 medium onion, sliced 1/8 tsp. sea salt 4 crushed chili peppers Preparation: Boil diluted coconut milk with tofu, garlic and onion for 10 minutes. Season with salt, stirring the mixture continuously. Add moringa leaves and crushed chili peppers. Cook for 5 more minutes. Gulay is served hot. Before serving you can decorate it with fresh Moringa leaves.
