- 1/2 cup Moringa leaves
- 1/2 cup Basil leaves
- Handful of fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Clove of garlic peeled
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup of extra virgin oil
Put all ingredients, except olive oil, into a food processor. Chop until everything is well chopped and blended. Slowly add olive oil until and blended it for a few more seconds. Add desired seasoning. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
