Healthy Moringa Leaves Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Moringa Leaves
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Ten Pepper Corns
  • Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 Tsp
  • Two Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
Healthy Moringa Leaves Soup Recipe

Wash a handful of Moringa leaves in clean water two to three times. Add 2 to 3 glasses of water to these washed Moringa leaves into a pressure pan.

Add a half teaspoon of turmeric powder into the pan. Add 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds and ten Pepper corns into a mix and grind into a powder. Crush two Garlic cloves. Add the garlic cloves and powdered mixture(Cumin seeds + pepper corn) into the pan. Add salt to taste.

Cook the mixture for about 3 to 5 whistles and take it off the stove. Strain the juice from the mixture, and add the residue into the mixie and grind well.

Now strain the juice from the residue and mix it well in the earlier strained juice. 10. Healthy Moringa Leaves Soup is ready to be served.
