Moringa Weight Loss Tea

Moringa tea ingredients:

Water: 200 ml
Cinnamon: 1 stick or 1/3 tsp powder
Ginger: 1/4 inch, grated
Green tea leaves: 1 tsp
Moringa leaves: 3 sprigs (or 3/4 tsp Moringa powder – 1 1/2 tsp dried Moringa leaves)

Boil water with cinnamon, ginger. Once boiled lower the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes and then switch off the stove. Remove and allow the water to cool down.

Once it has cooled down a little, add in Green tea leaves and Moringa leaves.

Let it stay for 5 mins and drink it. It is the best to have this tea 2-3 times a day after meals.
